The Problem
Kiryat Malachi is a developing city that is absorbing residents at a high rate. The municipality wishes to facilitate the transition between cities, connect the new residents to the city and present them with the municipal services they can receive on its behalf

Blueprint
Based on the interviews, I design a blueprint that includes the journey a customer goes through, alongside the actions taken by the service provider in the current situation

Solution
After a series of exercises in which we define the problem, and offer ideas for a solution - the participants draw the new journey map of the user

style guide & Prototyping
Based on that journey map, I create a prototype for the new product
Graphic language taken from the governmental design system - to align with the uniform language in order to integrate the product as part of the governmental personal area

At the end of the workshop day, I perform a user test for the prototype in front of the workshop participants, we summarize insights and come up with a work plan for the organization to implement the product
